The

"Champion Your Attitude"

Approach

“Champion Your Attitude” is my mantra on how I approach both my professional and personal life experiences.  A Champion is often misconstrued as achieving their success by talent alone.  People often do not see all the effort, time, and sacrifices they constantly dedicate to the relentless pursuit of transforming their visions into reality.  Having the right Attitude is a conscious choice Champions make every single day when overcoming hurdles to achieve their aspiring goals.  Does a Champion see an Obstacle or an Opportunity?  Do they accept their current position or strive to constantly become better?  Does a Champion say, “That’s the way it’s always been done” or take a proactive approach to changing and improving performance? They embrace solutions, not problems.  Success at any capacity starts and ends with the right attitude…the Attitude of a Champion.

When considering the very competitive Hotel Industry, it is a game of inches – where great attention to detail and your smallest victories can separate you from your competition.  Hotels and their Comp Set are all striving to attain top spots in the STR report, Online Reviews, Group Sales, etc.  Hotel leaders that not only embody the Attitude of a Champion, but hire for and instill this into their staff, place themselves in a much more advantageous position in elevating the Hotel’s performance and reaching those desired top spots.  Sharing a winning attitude amongst team members is the first step in acquiring Synergy resulting in great rewards.
